It's funny because for rubber guard I wanna zombie on my right side but for triangles I isolate his arm on my left side.

I'm right handed but left footed so using my left leg for RG is perfect

It has nothing to do with being right handed or left. I'm right handed and play RG with my left mostly. It's all about what side you decided to go to that first day of rubber guard. The second day you will automatically go to that side because you already have put in reps on that side. My right leg in RG has to work equally as hard, it just has a different job but it's doing that job with 100% of it's power. The same goes for arms and hands, if doing Jiu Jitsu correctly all your limbs should be working equally hard even tho they have different jobs :-)

I started doing mine on my right, then I switched a few times. Left seemed more comfortble. Maybe I watched the RG DVD so many times I accidentally copied you with out thinking about it. I agree. 4 quarters make a dollar, gotta use all 4 limbs 100%.

for me i always preferred using my right arm to hold my leg because my flexibility wasn't quite there when i first started and now its just out of comfort.
