Poll: Rubber Guard, Which leg do you use/is your strong side?

Most people have a (stronger) side they always use or strive to get to when they play RG. Everyone in our gym plays with their right leg. Even though I'm right handed, I play RG strongest and without hesitation on my left.

I was wondering what side the majority of people on the forum play on and too, if you are like me and alone in your gym in playing on a certain side.

Also, I play it on both sides, and so do most people I'm sure, just not equally strong.

Past a certain level you are gonna use/need both sides. I do have a side I'm much better with basic path and the other side is great with muddy waters path. Im working on evening that stuff out.

I've become accustomed to throwing up either. I don't even think about it, especially if I can catch a free New York. For reps, I even play both sides because I can never remember which is easier for me since they feel the same.

Typically I throw up my left leg but I do try to use my right leg if necessary. I will start usin it more to even out both sides

Right side is my smart side RG, but I make sure to put in reps on the left.

i started off on my left leg but i had done a bit on my right, since my left leg was stuffed its been on the right and its worked fine.

funnily enough right from the start i used my right leg in mono control and therefore also use it when i go into RG from mono. left is more flexible and right is stronger so i use what i get.

Mostly every one in our gym plays lefty but I play righty only because I'm more flexible on that hip. I do play lefty sometimes but it's not as good

I think my left leg has the strongest leg curl and is also more flexible. I use both, but somehow I always get it on my stronger side in my rolls.
