Its called the Kamakazi calf crank from bottom half, but in this case he hits it from being mounted. Eddie was hitting that move without the sweep portion, years ago. He demo'd it on the "twister" dvd.
He hit it in a blue belt match on his dvd if I'm not mistaken. It looks a lot more familiar from the truck but it works a treat from bottom half when your opponent is attempting to unlock the lockdown. I guess it works well from mount too.
