Jiu Jitsu changes people, and although medals are great to hang at the academy, changing a life, being part of some one else's journey is so much more rewarding. I am excited about our teams future and about all the new students I will meet with my online training! I hope you let me be part of your journey and thank you for being a part of mine!

I dont' blame him man. I'm sure he'll still be down for super fights, but I can totally understand where he's coming from. Good for him.

Caio Terra is one of my favorite grapplers of all-time! ONE Nogi World Championship is an amazing accomplishment.... 6 puts you in LEGEND status. I hope he has an awesome retirement and his school/schools do very well.

Terra is a straight monster on the mats. This is probably the best time for him to step away. He's got some amazing guys both coming up and making a name for themselves right now - Samir Chantre, Moizinho, his brown belt who fought in the last copa podio, etc. Looks like he's doing a full merger with Brasa too. He won the worlds and trumped Malfacine this year in gi, and took home his 6th nogi world title. Way to go out on top
