X-Break is one of my personal favorites, that and the Slide. What I've been catching a lot of lately is going for the Slide and, as the arm begins to extend, changing from feet crossed beneath the far arm to triangling my legs around both arms. This extends their far arm and prevents them from being able to use it to protect the arm I'm attacking.

The Slide is my favorite grip break, by far. Try the Filio (sp?). The problem with the silverado is it requires 2 hands, which allows a window to get back to their feet. Good time for silverado is when the leg-side leg is threaded for a triangle (where it wouldn't matter if they came to their feet). There's also 1 more grip break I like that me not know name for..

Based on your profile pic ...

Another way to get to the triangle that is less predictable. The other submissions from that path of double bagger all look IBJJF legal as well.

Yeah, but what Tony is talking about is a seated triangle or a rolling triangle based off her being shutdown in the armbar position from Spiderweb so it's not the same as her hunting for it; it's a counter to a counter. If she's comfortable from side mount/technical mount she can manipulate her opponent there pretty often and open up Pandora's Box (triangle, back takes, kimuras, better armbar defense counters, etc). For the record, I don't mean Side Control, which also called Cross Sides, Cross Mount, etc. Depends on who you are talking to. Talking about where she has one knee against their shoulders and the opposite foot posted against their waist or chest and the opponent is on their side, facing away.

Seems that with some ingenuity there could be some other paths too: http://youtu.be/nS6ALx73epc

I use this one from time to time and it's probably going to work for her with her long limbs (modifying it from a Judo armbar attempt to a stalled spiderweb is super easy): http://http://youtu.be/FbXunEbkf8E?t=2m41s

And the first half of this video is kinda what Dylan was saying, at least with the arms: http://youtu.be/vNwfk36L8yQ?t=49s
