Great stuff James. I'm really digging all of this. I can see the lockdown working in conjunction with the way marcelo and Hall get to the double under hook (just like your previous video). Thanks for sharing.

So is the technique still crap..or was the 7+ pages on the other thread just because James here hasnt "earned the right"? I understand there's rules but numerous people stated that you would just get your guard passed...

If you let the lockdown go to do this tech then your lockdown is probably shit and needs work IMO.

Yes,the issue wasn't the technique, it was the transition he added, letting go of the lockdown to go to traditional half to go back to the lockdown. Its counter productive, and leaves a huge hole to be passed.

You can, anyone with a complete understanding of what lockdown is and what its for wouldn't.
