I've played with that sweep years back. Awesome stuff cyborg does, although it wasn't for me. I'm a big fan of his and I love to see a heavyweight with a high finesse game like cyborg.

I always wondered how that style matched up against a deep-half game? Seems like it could be the kryptonite to his tornado series. Anyone use this tornado sweep and tried it on a deep half guard player?

I haven't actually run across too many Deep Half players. I like to go Deep Half but maybe it's just my training partners that prefer not to. I can see what you mean though. The Deep half is 1/2 a step after that sweep.

Exactly. Seems like he would sweep into a sweep. Thing is his sweep was from half guard into their deep half, then they sweep into side control, for the sweep and But I don't play neither tornado nor deep half, so I have nowhere to speak from.
