I'd have to watch it again. I scored that on the initial viewing and to be honest I can't remember everything about the round now lol. I believe I scored it that way because Johnny rocked gap but it wasn't like he flat out dropped him. Gap got up, and commenced to out striking him 2 or 3 to 1. Plus Hendricks was looking flat and just taking shots to the chin. I mean sure, they weren't hurting Johnny super bad, but points are points.

They were pretty much dead even according to Fight Metric but round 2 Hendricks actually outstruck GSP in every area but body shots.

I mean in the end it doesnt matter. GSP won and halfway kinda retired. Johny will be back.

I'm skeptical of fightmetric. They've been known to change their fight stats and change views, such as with Page/Griffin, they showed Rampage winning, switched to Forrest, and then switched back to Rampage, changing the round by round stats each time.

Yea, I don't think he tapped. The on screen fight stats had gsp up 2 to 1 on strikes in the second. Like I said, I'd have to watch it again. I have no bias, I like both of those guys. If gap retires then I feel johnny should hold the belt.

ya, i personally don't see any tap there.

but that makes me think GSP should have kept that control and really tried to get at Johny's neck, i think that was a really good opportunity for Georges.

Hendricks takes this round. With significant damage. Knees when clinched against cage and at the end of the round.

Gsp put together some jabs and hooks with no damage. Gsp, did a great job coming back from getting rocked but thats a 10-9 Hendricks round.

IMO GSP only wins rounds 3, 5
