AOKI says no to UFC

meeeeh we got Kawajiri who is probably gonna wreck a few mother fuckers at featherweight. Aoki will do alright fighting in Asia.

Problem is I got no interest in watching him fight 'no-names' for much longer. I want to see him against the top guys and they are in the ufc. Unfortunately as good as he is, I don't see him hanging with those guys.
Nothing against the one fc product either as I actually like it, much more than say Bellator.

Let's be honest, Aoki is a bad ass but he can't take the UFC's elite fighters down to the ground (see the Gil Melendez fight). So if realistically he cannot win the UFC title, it makes more sense for him to stay close to home, win all/most of his fights and make some good money.

I like aoki and he has some great jiu jitsu but I think he would get man handled in the ufc

Yeah, his fight with Gilbert made me think he's better under a different set of rules. Love him to death and have watched him in every organization and will continue to do so.
