JB: Fellow BJJ world champion, and UFC veteran, Vinny Magalhaes, has accused you and your mother of many sordid things. How do you respond to these attacks on you and your family?
RJ: Vinny Magalhaes has cause me and my family a lot of pain. I can just take comforts that he was kick out of the UFC.
JB: In some of your comments over the years, there is an underlying theme of hostility toward red-headed individuals. What is it about Mark Bocek, and people like him, that has caused such a strong reaction in you?
RJ: I didn't had any hostilities toward Mark Bocek. I just said that he was look like Howdy Doody. Which he do.
JB: Of the many MMA fighters that you have trained with in southern California, who are a few that really left a lasting impression?
RJ: Josh Barnett because he was always rub my feet after we train.

After3 years of no-gi, I recently took my first gi class in his honor. I planted a garden too. Eddie, the guy's got charm!
