From turtle I hook the leg and grab the far arm like 100% and then when you pull them over for their back, the twister is there for the taking.

Thanks - I've just realised that's what one of the guys in the gym does to me - I thought he was just trying to break my spine because he's that sort of guy, didn't realise it was to get the neck to open up!
