How to add an avatar?

How do you add a picture/avatar? Can't seem to figure it out damit!

Settings->Edit Avatar->then either upload from your computer or use a link from a photo site like photobucket

awesome, thx man. but one last question... Is it possible to change username... sarasin21 is kindda shitty.. I found out later that most people use their actual names.
