The easiest way to synch up with HQ with the warm ups is simply do the warm ups I announce Monday thru Thursday mornings. Even tho it might take the whole class to do them. Keep following HQ's warm up routine until your students become good at them then within a few months your students will have them mastered and slowly but surely you'll go from hour warm ups to 30 minute warm ups to the target mark of 15 minutes. Until you reach that 15 minute goal you and your students will be hitting the basics like never before, so it's a win win win situation any way you slice it. The end result is your moon will be synched up with HQ and the rest of the affiliates. The goal is for all moons and hotboxes to all be on the same page. There is massive strength in unity, that is the master plan :-)

We actually just added a warm up class twice a week for beginners and for our more advanced guys to get more reps in and so everyone knows them and we can focus more on other shit in reg class. Me and Jon also take turns teaching them and the other person works with the students. Since we have been doing the warm ups our guys have been killing it with M1 passes, fly over passes, heismans, and rolling kimuras. It's chess it aint checkers!

Dayum! So in order for say Eugene to keep with HQ, since we only have fundys class 3 times a week, should I show all of one warm up plus a little of the next? Or maybe just do whatever you're doing on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

I only teach Monday thru Thursdays. There are people that only train on mondays and wednesdays and people that only train on tuesday and thursdays. If I do A-D one week and E-H the next in that order, every single week, those peeps will miss half the warm ups forever.

So I do it like this, one rotation will be A-D one week and E-H the next then the next cycle will be BADC one week and FEHG the next. So no matter what days you train, you are still gonna hit all the warm ups. I only teach 2 day classes a week, Tuesday and Thursdays. With this rotation the day peeps will hit all the warm ups as well.

    Confused?

We also have Friday classes and a Saturday class as well starting Jan 11. Friday thru Saturday are not on the warm up rotation.

So for you Brent, just do the warm ups that I announce every morning in your Monday and Wednesday classes, all the warm ups will be hit with the rotation I got going. Get it?

Keep me updated on how you progress.

the granby & Hail Mary warm up days should be mastered pretty quick, at least to the point where everyone can practice even tho it will prolly be slow. On those days you will def have a whole 45 minutes left to do whatever part of the system you feel your students need the most

The rest of the warm up days might take most of the class but like I said before, that just means yalls are getting large doses of the basics which is a wonderful thing :-)

The people that are regular to the fundys class are trying all the hail mary and granby stuff. So awesome to see. Everybody stays for the advanced class so when they roll they try it at least.
