If he wouldn't have grabbed the shorts he wouldn't have had to yank his arm so hard. That's the only thing I hate about defending submissions. The better you get at it, the more aggro you opponent gets.

Its more than a few years old i remembered it and figured id share it Rio Heros is crazy they fight in a cage the size of a living room.

i would use judo throws into the solid wall if i fought in that type of cage.
