1) Drop 30 Lbs
2) Win IBJJF Worlds, Pans, and Chicago
3) Maintain my GPA
4) Apply for Med School
5) Play Rubber Guard against guys the same size as me, and also play rubber guard on my weak side
1. Beat my medal count from last year (16)
2. Travel to one big tournament (pans, worlds, etc.)
3. Continue to play more top game
4. Work a strength and conditioning routine back into my schedule
5. Start a jiu jitsu blog to record my experiences training and competing
6. Take another trip to California for nonstop training
1. Learn half guard inside & out.
2. Drop weight to 145 lbs.
3. get SPEAR certification
4. Roll in at least three tournaments
5. Fight before September
