-Set aside an hour before class from 5:30-6:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to drill (20 mins), drill with resistance (20 mins), and roll explosively (20 mins).
-Replace lunch and snack with veggies and fruit.
-Get weight up to 130/135lbs...muscle, not fat.
-Learn more about leg locks..extensively.
-Win Gracie Worlds womens's 135 division (135 and 145 are the only two divisions. I walk around at 120lbs...)
-Get a picture with my idol Rhonda Rousey at HQ this summer. Lol.
-Get my kid's class up to at least 20 kids.
-Develop my stand up game for competition.
-Master my mind and conquer my body so I can compete like I roll in the gym. #gameface
-Get my top game down so I can put the smash on even the biggest guys in the gym.
-Cut down to only 5 days a week at the salon so I have time to go to a day class 1x a week as well as the beach.
