I have been focusing on the MTS stuff and more recently the Warm-ups. I kind of spend the month doing whatever is in the MTS and if there is any detailed transitional paths to Rubber Guard or Twister, I follow up in the books and DVD to remember all the extra details. I also follow all of Zog's TWIR stuff, especially the Leg Lock stuff in combination with Alan Belcher's Immunity Course, this has totally changed my game and adds an unorthodox approach people do not expect coming. I also like Zog's 2-on-1 stuff in combination with stuff from a friend of mine who is a wrestler this has added a whole new area to my approach. As his coach said to him: "2-on-1 arm control is always there, take it!". I kind of focus schizophrenically on different areas for a week at a time and move on to others then come back depending how I feel and who I can find to practice with, I feel adrift at sea but calm and peaceful about it. This ads to the unpredictability of how I move and opens alternative paths I find.
In the New Year I plan a lot more trips to my local 10thPlanet gym, now that I have finances and time under control (it's 165km away from my house).
After 20 years of Boxing and Kick-Boxing I also always do at least 2 bag workouts and 1 sparring workout a week regardless.
Additional: I also visualize a path every night as I fall asleep, especially if I am stressed or having problems falling asleep. Whether it is something that I did well or visualizing something I should have done when I made a mistake in the past.
