what are your favorite all time mma fights?

Agreed on Big Nog vs Sapp. That fight is usually the first one I show to people when I talk about how tough Nog is.

For an exciting ground battle, Jason McDonald vs Demian Maia is a must see. Shogun vs Lil Nog is an all-time classic as well. For a more recent fight, I'd point to the first Pettis/Henderson fight. That was the best technical, back and forth battle I've seen in a long time. The fight went everywhere and was very competitive while not being a sloppy brawl.

BJ Penn vs Matt Hughes I, Brian Stann vs Wanderlei Silva, pretty much anything Jim Miller fights in, Robbie Lawler vs. Nick Diaz and Rampage vs Wanderlei II. The more of a scrap the better. Frankie Edgar vs. Gray Maynard II was war too!

Yoooo, I was looking for the video. I didn't think to check vimeo. But yeah dude, Marco Ruas changed my life in that tourney. Prior to him I never saw a guy seamlessly combine BJJ and Muay Thai, my favorite martial arts. And watching him chop Varelans down was friggin majestic to me. I remember being a little kid and just jumping around like a crazed gremlin. Haha. Damn that fight brings back memories.
