Joey Z and I just want to say we had a great time training with schools in the Los Angeles area the past week or so! We had to cut a couple classes due to an injury for Joe, but those we saw were great. I got to roll with more women including Jessamyn at HQ, Jee at West LA and a Dean Lister purple belt in Jeff Glover's class in San Diego. The people out here were super cool and accommodating. I am already looking to book flights for a trip back in April and at jobs to potentially move!
Specifically I want to thank Eddie, Omar and Jessamyn from HQ, Jeremy from Corona, Einstein and Jee from West LA and Casey, Ron, Mike and Travis from Costa Mesa. The rolls I got were hard and taught me things to bring back to my game in the Midwest.
Everyone needs to make a trip to LA and train with these awesome schools! Now back to freezing my ass off in Chicago tomorrow :-(
