sly hit every nail on the head there, ive been half-assedly trying to lose weight now for a while, and ive done soooo much research its ridiculous. i know everything i need to know and more, but im still a bit of a lump and just manage to keep up with everyone else in mma. im in college 3 days a week till late, and im usually sore from saturday(mma class) till wednesday, im looking to throw in a good weight session on the wednesday so that ill be fully rested for the next saturday too. sound good?
also, any ideas on a good breakfast that easy to make and doesnt require a bunch of stuff??
