I think all instructors should consider low risk seminars. Example; Host pays for the plane ticket. The plane ticket is the first thing that gets paid for with the seminar money that comes in. The next $1000 goes straight to the instructor. After that it's a 50/50 split. This way there is no real risk for the host. What challs think?

I will make that offer to any school right now, and I will sweeten the pot for school owners too:

If I have never been to your school or hotbox before, I don't need the first $1000. We will split all the proceeds 50/50. And I will give you 25% of any private lessons you book for me while I'm there.

My normal rate is even less that eddie's idea, and my special even lower than that, if your interested email me. I don't want to discuss rates here, I don't want anyone to feel like they are being undercut or hijacked.

I think that it is an amazing business model and a great option for schools that don't have the upfront cash to bring someone in.
