I think all instructors should consider low risk seminars. Example; Host pays for the plane ticket. The plane ticket is the first thing that gets paid for with the seminar money that comes in. The next $1000 goes straight to the instructor. After that it's a 50/50 split. This way there is no real risk for the host. What challs think?
I will make that offer to any school right now, and I will sweeten the pot for school owners too:
If I have never been to your school or hotbox before, I don't need the first $1000. We will split all the proceeds 50/50. And I will give you 25% of any private lessons you book for me while I'm there.
