I float around 115 naturally and I'm trying to get up to competition weight. Thanks to John Mejia I'm focusing on the moose diet as best as possible.
But there are not much training partners my size and I'm wondering what kind of game is advantageous to me I try to muscle my way through but I'm too stubborn to fix that tendency quickly enough.
