I have attached a nice pic of me using rubber guard in my fight on Friday in Sweden.
I used it to omo plata and sweep the dude and then ended his unbeaten record by taking
his back and arm locking him.
The omo from the rubber guard is my #1 sweep for mma so thanks man!

trust me, wrist to ankle isnt that easy when your wearing the gloves and the guys struggling like mad, takes time. but as he's hugging the knee its not that bad anyways.

I actually did grab the leg the right way I was just adjusting my position, I usually control them with a meat hook grip as I find that it works best for my long limbs, im a brown belt in BJJ but a white belt in 10th PJJ but I teach all my guys the basic path and the omo sweep is the shizzell for me so thanks for the set ups and happy training to everyone, hopefully catch Eddie in the UK soon!! -
