What I like about Kesting most, is that alot of the information he puts out is very general. It's not so much, here's the RG path step by step (for example), but instead here are some concepts that will help you break an opponent down and control him in your guard. He has videos and instructionals that address many many different positions/escapes/submissions/concepts. I like the conceptual stuff.
If you're looking for 10p specific stuff I think the MTS videos here are the best you'll get. If you're looking for additional food for thought, much of which can be applied to all different styles of jits, Kesting has some good stuff.
