I know I posted a little something about this in the Goals Thread, but I haven't had a chance to make an actual post on this. So yesterday (Sunday, 1/26) I had a Nogi Submission Only Match with a really tough Gracie Morumbi guy. The rules were simple, if no one tapped out in 7 minutes (yes only 7... since it was an MMA show) it would be declared a draw.
I had 2 goals in mind, #1 was to win (I didn't care how), and #2 was if I did lose (or if the fight went to a draw) ATLEAST make it an action packed match. Well #1 didn't happen... we both fought hard for 7 minutes, but neither of us could finish the other person. He had some great submission "D" as he managed to get out of a Darce Attempt, Ankle Lock Attempt, AND a Ninja Choke Attempt... we both managed to get some sweeps/passes in... since we only had 7 minutes there was a sense of urgency on both sides.

I should have some better quality images soon as well as some video. Just wanted to thank you guys for always being cool/supportive and to Professor Eddie for not only making a System that is great for Nogi/MMA, but also inspiring us all to get our asses out there and compete
