The problem with what I saw from Brackish Waters is that you have to momentarily unlock the shoulder just to secure anything. Mid transition, there's a lot of room for the guy to shrug his shoulder free or simply back out of the guard. It looks a lot like Muddy Waters without the hand on the mat, which doesn't work; dead orchard aside.
Also implying that someone could just shrug out of a sinched dead orchard is laughable.
im assuming brian wouldnt show something he hasnt gotten on people before so obviously it works. there might be holes in it but im guessing theres parts that work for brian because of his speed.
i wouldnt say something is laughable or wouldnt work before ive put some reps into it and given it a shot. i assume the reasons why he does some of the movements is because people have broken out of his dead orchard in that position.
and just like a lot of rubber guard. there are many ways to get there aside from the basic path. he does trap the arm to the ground and without putting reps in myself yet, im going to give the nibiru warrior or the year who is a killer with his rubber guard the benefit of the doubt.
dont want to start a fuss, lets keep it on the technique but you sounded like a bit of a dick there
