    Thanks for this. Weird that investigators haven't determined the fault of the accident. I write insurance. I can tell you that whenever a car is struck from behind, the rear driver is always at fault. Doesn't matter if the person in front of you slammed on their brakes in the middle of the highway. You'll be considered at fault. So this is just one more detail that leads me to believe that Gerald will be in the clear. Other guy hits him. Follows him. Threatens him. Gerald has to respond to defend his life. I hope this is open and shut.
