I was at the match in the video. Another guy filming the match had this to say about it:

"This was the superfight at the AGGRO tournament in Salt Lake City in Septmber 2006. This particular referee caused a huge amount of controversy at the tournament and ended up taking off his referee shirt after this match due to so many complaints. The action in the match suddenly changes when Glover is not awarded 2 points for a well executed sweep using the threat of a leg lock from within the guard. Glover's angry complaint to the referee allows Lundell to bully his way to his own sweep."

Shortly thereafter they met again at Grapplers Quest in Vegas. I was also at that match. Glover triangled Ricky so hard that Ricky's nose started bleeding.

This actually went down in Salt Lake City Utah where I'm from. I wasn't into jiu jitsu just yet, but one of the guys that introduced me to it was there and he said the energy in the arena with just those two and the small crowd was fucking electric. Both of those dudes are always fun to watch though.
