    Caveman vs bulletproof

One is awesome, the other tastes like shit. One is 10th Planet Fam, the other is not. All the coffee drinkers on here please make a pledge to get one bag of caveman and just try it out. You will not regret it. Take a listen to Eddies last podcast with Tait and you can hear how it came to be. We tried it out and it is literally the most amazing coffee we have ever had

lol Brandon. One day you'll get it brother. One day....

Is caveman coffee the same as buttered coffee? My instructor made me a buttered coffee and I loved it, but it is a shitload of work to make a coffee so I don't do them at home.

Yep, we use MCT oil & Kerrygold grass fed butter. Here is their website, there are so many good benefits that come from how they roast their coffee and the taste is outta this world:

I've bought bulletproof coffee a couple times. But, I've never been a coffee drinker so I can't tell the difference between what is good and what isn't. I'm definitely giving caveman coffee a try.

Have you tried both kinds that caveman offers? And how is their MCT oil?

Yep we have. Their MCT is on point. Everything they have is top notch, they are the 10th Planet of coffee if that helps put it in perspective. The white gold if I had to describe it would be something between a chai tea and coffee but that description does nothing for the actual taste. Mr. Passini or Mr. Clinto would y'all give a better description please. The Black diamond is closer to regular coffee but it's really not. Be Warned once you go caveman there is no going back. You can't untaste what's been tasted

I looked at it, but went it would be wasted on me for the 1 or 2 times a month I drink coffee. may as well let some who'll appreciate it have it.

I like coffee flavored coffee: black. What does the butter do to the taste? Is it like putting cream or milk in it?

Well I don't drink caffeine at all so I won't be trying the coffee..... Unfortunately.....

Listening to the podcast definitely turned me on to researching medium chain triglycerides though. Needless to say, I ordered 2 quarts of coconut oil last night. Gonna be a staple in my diet from now on.

I'm by no means an expert I just love the stuff. With that said IMHO it tastes like coffee and the butter enhances the flavor. You could always use it without the butter if preferred I suppose. Hopefully one of the more knowledgeable folks will chime in
