Just got back from the Dr. and I have a ruptured eardrum. Oddly enough, it was caused by a Dr. leaving a tube in my ear like 30 years ago, it finally just caused a problem.
Has anyone had an eardrum rupture and trained with it? The Dr.'s main concern was strain and getting water/sweat in there. He said no training for a week.
After that, he says ear guards and I'm good to go. Does this sound about right?
