I think the photo size is set to 80x80 because of the main forum view showing the avatars. To get around it, you have to re-size the photos in Photoshop or there is an option on Photobucket (I think).

I think like the last one a photo gallery for each member should be made available

EDIT: Also, the "Member - White Belt" isn't visible at all because of the brightness of the background behind it. Maybe make the background either darker, or use images for the belt rank, such as the ones on the BJJ Wiki page:

If you gonna show one tecnique,you have to show the variation with the Gi. Now they can learn the whole Jiu-Jitsu.

I think you'll need to resize them and make the white behind it transparent, because otherwise it'll have a nasty looking border on it! If you can't do it, which I'm sure you can, I'll do it after training for you

what do you think? I am unsure where to put it and how wide to make it.
