I got to go see Macelo Garcia in Edmond OK on Saturday. 4 and a half hour drive and it was freaking awesome. I guess I didnt realize it was a "GI" seminar so me and 10th Planet Blue Belt John Tocci were a little out of place in No-GI decked out in 10th Planet Melee gear. Needless to say we got more then a few strange looks. Most guys were really cool and just wanted to know more about 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu. I also got to meet a group of guys from St. Louis who said there were trying to get a 10th planet started there. Marcelo is a fucking beast. I watched him destroy a few black and brown belts and a couple little kids its was great. Just a awesome experience including all the new butterfly guard tricks we went over.
