    Get back down to 180 lbs. Get my strength and conditioning going again. Buy new running shoes, get my run time back down to my Marine Corps time to 3 miles in 19:00 minutes flat. Start doing yoga with my wife, disguise it as bonding time but really too improve rubber guard (kidding). Train at least three times a week. Get at least a 3.2 this semester. Get into UC Berkeley, make their Sociology program (ranked #1 in the world) my bitch. Train with Eddie in LA.

    Beat 3 more games this year.
    Increase reading speed atleast 2 times present speed. "I can get around 300-340 words so over 600 steady speed."
    Seems like a good list.

    Short Term:
    smash at MO State Championship(coming up in March)
    smash at Chicago IBJJF International Open(coming up in March)
    open up an official 10P Moon!!!(in the works!!!!)
    smash at IBJJF No Gi Pan Ams(September)
    smash at IBJJF No Gi Worlds(November)
    visit HQ two more times this year(May trip is already booked, third trip will be right before the No Gi Worlds)

    Long Term:
    get Master Eddie in da Twister....

    Pretty simple for me coming off a low base last year where lots of life things got in the way of BJJ.

    BJJ goals:
    Train 52 times this year.
    Train 12 times with Frank at 10th Planet Melbourne.

    Life goals:
    Be the a good husband (sometimes this interferes with BJJ goals
    Be a good Dad to our 20 month old daughter and our son/daughter due in July

    -Purple belt
    -More competition wins

    Long Term:
    -Open a hot box in New England when I move in a couple of years (If no affiliates have popped up in the area by then)
    -Work towards opening a moon after the hot box

    short term: graduate college ASAP to have more time to train, blue belt, win my next competitions, get stronger and faster, hit an anaconda choke and gary tonin's back take in competition lol

    long term: train in LA twice a year, MMA debut, train at Marcelo Garcia's gym, keep learning and stay on this great journey
