Competition Class is on like Saigon on Saturday at 9:50. Join Erik D. Cruz, aka Compella, Robert Rodriguez, and Scott Ross for two hours of drilling advanced techniques geared towards competition - with ample amounts of strength and conditioning included.
You must be either on the MMA team or in the advanced jiu-jitsu class to attend. IF you plan on competing, you should plan on being in this class.
Purple belts and up from 10th Planet Moons are always welcome to train at this class. We try to have as much awesomeness as possible on the mats.
