theres the transition to omoplata here so i'll always go there these days but with the teepee i find what makes it tighter for me atleast is turning the knees in slightly so its your knee caps digging into the neck. in saying this i prefer it as a no arm in triangle attack and ill hook one or both of their arms when i bring my arms behind my legs. it works either way. i think arm in has more control but arm out has both legs getting a tighter squeeze.
