I'm here to testify also. Before going to HQ this past Feb, we were "sort of" following the warm ups. We only have 30-45 minutes each day before Cora go to the gym. We were training without any true direction or system. But after coming back from HQ and seeing how Master Eddie is stressing the warm ups to EVERYONE, we had to just make time for it. So now all we do is the first 15 minutes is hitting the warm ups. Then the rest of the time doing a particular technique and its defense. Well its been 2 weeks now since we got back and yesterday I saw it came out during Cora's rolling. She went in for black mamba and end up in reverse DLR, she use the kiss of the dragon to sweep and went in straight for the berimbolo. I'm shocked at how fast she was spinning to get into the berimbolo. Unfortunately the boy was fast also and got back up. Ok she caught him again with the black mamba and once again got the reverse DLR, the boy caught on to the kiss of the dragon and pulled his leg way back so she can't catch it, but she changed it up to the spiral and spin under him and brought him down that way and end up jumping on his back for back control. Needless to say her mom and I and the rest of the parents were shocked. A parent asked me "what was all that?" I said, "oh its the warm ups"...LOL This warm ups is going to take her game to another whole new level. Thank you Master Eddie
