10th Planet McAllen Affiliation

My name is Edgar Gonzalez owner/manager of Invictus Jiu-Jitsu in McAllen Texas. I want to get to 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu affiliation in McAllen, Texas. What would I need to do or accomplish for this to happen? At Invictus I strictly teach only Eddies Mastering The System Techniques because I believe it is the best system for MMA and real life. I know that if I do achieve this dream of one day being an affiliate we will grow huge. MMA is just starting to grow in my area. We have all the "big name brand GI schools" in my town and people were being forced to attend them because there aren't any NOGI schools until I started to push my gym. I will drill and practice all warm ups with my students so I can perfect them as well. If given a chance I will compete my ass off as will my dedicated students. Any advice or suggestions would be awesome guys!
