Thanks alot man thats so cool! Hopefully get over in the next couple of months, ive always just learnt 10pjj from books and this site never had proper instruction. Im a black belt under Chris Haueter so its a similar lineage to you with the Machado's.

I need to post a video of my standing twister, i hit it all the time in MMA sparring just waiting to land it in a live fight they guys at the gym get so pissed off when I do it haha!
