eating elbows and getting slammed from chill dog?

Hello, so i was reading the new ARG book and saw some stuff on preventing the slam and getting picked up from new york. But what about chill dog? whats keeping somone from picking you up in that position? Or picking you up just enough so that you hang square in front of them so they can drop elbow or headbutt you as they fall on to you?

Getting picked up in chill dog = easy kung fu. Just be ready for a fast transition to jiu claw, hook the far leg or hip, and then smile like Clark Gracie.

The angle is kinda funky to try to pick someone up but if they start to that's when you use your free arm to hook the leg. They won't get you very far off the ground.
