Freakshow Question - Break dancing excercises?

    Hey guys!

I was wondering if the freakshow wouldnt mind posting some good exercises that they think would help us out with our BJJ games. They are just killing it right now and I'd love to start incorporating their style into my game.

    Best,

    Mario

Id also be interested. Even just a list of moves with explanation/theory of how they are applicable (e.g. flares, mills, drops threads)
    .

I'm sure freakshow would have some awesome drills. I personally know the bboy stuff Bobby Rivers got me doin for warmups and agility really changed the way I move as bjj practitioner. In a sport like this, extra body awareness and fluidity in movement can be difference in success and failure. It's also really good core and stabilizing muscle workouts so your winning all the way around. Plus, not a bad thing to be able to bust out in social situations....until the real bboy shows up that is . Nah, then it's just fun and you learn something cool.

I would advise everyone to learn a headstand, handstand, cartwheel(both directions), turtle freeze, chair freeze, shoulder freeze, 6 step, 3step, kip up, and nike/k kick to begin. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

I prefer off linear. Capoeira and tricking take angles. Jj is angles.
