    Outside Heel Hook

    Im a big leg lock fan, and I was wondering if any of you guys did your inside heel hooks with this leg position? Ive seen this setup used for straight ankle locks and inside heel hooks but never outside heel hooks.

    Not a big fan of those controls with the legs.. But other than that it's great stuff. His details on the arm placement are wonderful and he reveals the dark secret to finishing the heel hook: extend away, don't twist as much.
