Kelvin Gastelum deserves a ton of respect for his win over Rick Story, even if you believe Story deserved the win. Gastelum showed a really impressive amount of skill, a beautiful jab and some sneaky power. Story is a legit tough guy, which is why he was able to almost finish Gastelum in the second round after getting roughed up in the first. Gastelum has a bright future if he stays motivated.

Awesome fight for both guys. Sucks there had to be a loser, but I'm glad it was kelvin who got the nod.

There's a lot to be said for him. There was an experience gap. Kelvin is closing that experience gap quickly. He's looking like a seasoned vet out there. Story has lights out ok power. For kelvin to stay in the fight was huge as well. He's so young and still learning. He really does have a bright future.
