Warm ups A Granbies 5 (shoot, sprawl, peak)

We practised this (series A number 5) in class this week but we didn't hop up on both feet before we "peaked" to the back. We kept one knee on the floor (far knee) and the other foot planted on the floor closer to his hip. Is this version not as good or it works just as well.

Many minor variations of the peak out, all work. I usually do it with one leg posted and one knee down exactly like your describing..

Great, thx man, I actually remember now that it wasn't just a sprawl but a guillotine. But I guess it makes no difference.
