I knew he was gonna win, just didn't quite expect that particular finish. Picked up a performance bonus for his first round finish. So awesome to see a teammate totally dominate on a PPV. Von flue FTW!!

Chad, I'm so happy OSP listened to me on that Von Flue. It's just a little something I picked up from Seal Team 19 in Uzbekipakistanikraine. He's been a fantastic student of mine for years now. Anybody wanna smoke with OSP? Too early? :-)

I'm glad someone finally hit a Von flue in the ufc again. I see guys get that position often in mma and do nothing with it.

I leaned it from submissions 101 like 5 years ago. Great technique, works well on beginners. Just don't forget to sprwl or they'll flip you over.

All joking aside, the technique is gold. If someone is flipping you over, your pressure isn't being applied correctly.

I know, because I had my knees on the mat like you see goalies do in hockey when doing their first stretch on the ice. Usually I dont't get fliped like that, te other guy was a wrestler and about 20 pounds stronger too lol.
