I like this. I'm just worried I'm too slow. Like I'll reach for the knee pick and the knee may not be there. Any back up plans you can recommend? Like maybe a waist lock, or going for the back to make them voluntarily put their back on the mat? Or should I just get really good at dogfight if I can't get the knee on time?

None of my moves involve speed. I'm like the slowest guy ever. But sometimes the guy does have a killer whizzer, in which case the dog fight sweep near the end is almost impossible. There are several options from there. Consult MTS for moves from dogfight. The most basic one that Eddie teaches is the limp arm. Marcelo teaches going to x-guard. I like going to homie control from there.
