I was looking through some sambo vids, because im a leglock guy, and i found this gem. The Kimura variation is really cool, but the neck crank at the end is brutal. It seems very much like a twister to me. What do you guys think?
Very similar to the "octopus guard" that neck crank is a much lower percentage option than simply taking the back. BJ Penn vs Matt Hughes is a great example in Mma.
Eh. I don't think it's revolutionary or new at all. I've known this back take for years. All the 10p high ups know this back take or even a better refined version I'm sure...
The kimura is an interesting variation but don't much care for the neck crank. I think this video has come up a couple times in the past with low approval rate. About as good as the Puppet Master.
I liked some of the stuff from puppet master, the inverted spider web or whatever looked very similar that system. I caught some shit for posting the master lock series too, but i thought it was cool.
