you need the make the title in capitals and put ULTIMATE in it.

i prefer to arm for a two on 1 arm drag and if i fail to get around the side ill go ronda rousey and tie up a head and arm control, from there either work on some kind of choke, a throw into judo side or if need be guard pull into new york or chill dog.

and be ready for the sprawl.

Damn, one of my new 2014 resolutions / goals is to be able to hit the lateral drop. Such an awesome move!

Russian 2 on 1 is also my go to stuff, low risk high reward. Zog has a great 2 on 1 series.

That lateral drop is awesome. Gotta put some reps in on it. Bobby, that was the goal with this past tournament. Plan A sub attempt (marcelotine), plan b pull her down and break her arm.....At some point I was trying to Marcelotine this 170lb girl whiles he standing up (after I pulled guard on her)..wish I had finished it. *Sigh*
Still trying to master and practice that Marcelotine.

Any videos are much appreciated. I'll look up the ones listed, but anyone that can drop some video examples or instructionals on here...you're awesome!

This is a very broad question, so it's somewhat hard to answer.

However, in a BJJ setting, BJJ players tend to have bad posture, poor tie-ups, and unsafe weight distribution, so footsweeps are almost always there. And then if they're bent way over, as in shoulders are way past the knees, then snap them down.

My go-to footsweeps in BJJ (gi or nogi, doesn't matter at all) tourneys are deashi harai, and the fake osoto gari to kosoto gari.

osoto gari is my highest percentage throw, but it's easy to get countered when you're still green at it, and gets progressively harder against more skilled opponents.

You can actually hit a standing twister roll right off of that reap provided you won the under hook battle. Repped it out yesterday. It's pretty slick.
