With the rematch, Eddie validated (not to 10P but everyone else) his belief that Jiu Jitsu can be exciting and transcend beyond the hardcore fan onto the masses.
He also demonstrated the validity of the 10p system, proving that his system is much more than just "tricks" as has been so stated by many in the BJJ community.
He showcased the cohesiveness of a complete system, yes born from Jiu Jitsu, albeit an effective, entertaining evolution of it.
Jiu Jitsu adapted by him to meet his goals. . . prove the effectiveness of BJJ in the realm on MMA, which has been on the decline, as well as bringing the beauty of Jiu Jitsu to the mainstream.
I know I am preaching to the choir but, I wished to express this as well as my admiration for him, 10p, and his vision for Jiu Jitsu.
