Cora's matches at Battle 4 the Ages

This is her 1st match in the 11 yr old bracket. She almost had the boy in dead orchard, but he's too big and strong so she couldn't finish him. He's super aggressive, always jumping on her with his knees forward. One ended catching her nose and that was the end of it.

Cora had to shook off that knee to the nose and get ready for her other division the Young Girls 10-12 yr old bracket. Here she met with the boy's sister. She got caught with a guillotine and uses her lockdown game to get out.

At the finals of the young girls division, she met a girl that easily have about 30 lbs on her. Not much of a fight on this one...

I've only had a chance to watch the first vid (I'm at work) but I was so impressed with the sportsmanship Cora displayed. Despite getting hit in the nose she didn't complain or demonstrate any anger. She congratulated her opponent and showed true sportsmanship and graciousness in defeat.

Thanks Marty.. Her sportsmanship is what make her the people's champion. There were 4 big kids and 4 small kids in her 11 yr old division. She chose to fight one of the big kid in her 1st match... He's from Long Island, NY and we want to see how she stacks up against someone like him who have won many NAGA belts. I would have wanted to see more of that 1st match but yes unfortunately she got that knee to the nose. She held it in until the end of the match and she was ballin. After icing it down for 2 hours, she then had another division to fight in.

One thing that I love about Jiu Jitsu is that, you can choke each other out, you can try to brake each other's arm, but at the end of the match, you become friends..
