Hey! I just booked a gig (private party) on the 12th in Glenhaven and am planning on taking in the sites in San Francisco for a couple of days. I've never trained anywhere but HQ but would love to see my SF peeps and possibly get a day or two of training in. Let me know if any of you are down to hang. Maybe hit Alcatraz?

Skip Alcatraz and hit the Ferry Building for food stuff, when you get hungry again eat at Mission Chinese, and drink coffee at Four Barrel next to the gym.

You guys are actually insinuating that the "Loin" is some scary place. It's a little dirty and grimey and you may see some drug addicts and bums but it's not that bad.

I worked there and watched a woman get thrown off the Jefferson Hotel on Eddie Street in broad daylight. Other than that it was typically as you say. Some great bars and eateries but not a place you want to linger around for the whole day. Watching people pee in the street gets old after 10am haha. I am just going to say there are nicer places to spend the day in SF.

Nah, for the most part Johnny is right, it can be more gross than "scary" but the drugs and the homeless are just really apparent. I am speaking mostly because I worked as a Regional Manager for security company that was mostly headquartered in the TL so I got to see a lot of the stuff that isn't happening out on the streets in front of people. Lot's of drugs, overdoses, prostitution, transgender, stabbings, police brutality ect. The job eventually wore me down and I quit, but me personally other than a couple of incidences I was never bothered in the Loin.
